Founded in 1998, the Kyushu Institute of Information Sciences is a private higher education institution located in the small city of Dazaifu (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Fukuoka. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, Kyushu Institute of Information Sciences (KIIS) is a coeducational Japanese higher education institution.
