Standard classes for students are held in a sports hall, rowing hall, aerobics hall, gym, playground or swimming pool. During the organisational activities, the trainer conducts an interview based on which he or she assesses the participants' skills and qualifies them for the appropriate group. If a student has health problems, and general gymnastics may be a problem, corrective exercises are developed according to the needs.
