Established in 1978, the Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large town of Valenciennes (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Hauts-de-France.
