Founded in 1995, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the rural setting of the large town of Addalachchenai (population range of 10,000-49,999 inhabitants), Eastern Province. This institution also has a branch campus in Sammanthurai.
