Institute of Legal Practice and Development is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the medium city of Nyanza (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Southern Province. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Rwanda, Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) is a coeducational Rwandan higher education institution. Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
