Since 1991, Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University has had a preparatory department for foreign citizens. Students who graduated from the preparatory department have high indicators of knowledge that meet the requirements of the chosen specialty.

During the work of the preparatory department, about 500 international students received certificates of successful completion.
