Université Abou Bekr Belkaid Tlemcen (UABT) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as undergraduate certificates/diplomas, bachelor degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. International applicants are eligible to apply for enrollment.
