What are the most popular Universities in Zambia? uniRank tries to answer this question by publishing the 2021 Zambian University Ranking of 50 Zambian higher-education institutions meeting the following uniRank selection criteria:

  • being chartered, licensed or accredited by the appropriate Zambian higher education-related organization
  • offering at least four-year undergraduate degrees (bachelor degrees) or postgraduate degrees (master or doctoral degrees)

The Republic of Zambia is divided into 10 provinces, which are further subdivided into districts. The vast majority of higher education institutions meeting the uniRank selection criteria are located in the smallest province of Lusaka, which hosts the capital and most populated city of Lusaka.
