Established in 1968, Salahaddin University-Erbil is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the large city of Erbil (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Kurdistan. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Kurdistan Regional Government, Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUH) is a large (enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Salahaddin University-Erbil (SUH) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as undergraduate certificates/diplomas, bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
