Founded in 1992, Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (English: Technological University of Honduras) is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the medium-sized city of San Pedro Sula (population range: 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants), Cortes. Officially accredited/recognized by the Secretaría de Educación de Honduras (English: Ministry of Education of Honduras), Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras (UTH) is a large (enrollment range: 15,000-19,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.
