Established in 1962, University of Cape Coast is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large town of Cape Coast (population range: 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Central Region. Officially accredited/recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (English: National Accreditation Board, Ghana), University of Cape Coast (UCC) is a very large (enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.
