Founded in 1851, the University of Minnesota Twin Cities is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the urban setting of the medium city of Minneapolis (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Minnesota. This institution also has branch campuses in Crookston, Duluth, Morris and Rochester.
