Founded in 2003, the Abu Dhabi University is a for-profit private higher education institution located in the suburban setting of the large city of Abu Dhabi (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). This institution also has a branch campus in Al Ain. Officially licensed by the Ministry of Education of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi University (ADU) is a small-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 3,000-3,999 students) coeducational Emirati higher education institution.
