Founded in 1920, Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the large city of Nizhny Novgorod (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Officially accredited/recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (NNSMA) is a small (enrollment range: 4,000-4,999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy (NNSMA) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees, master degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study.
