Founded in 1905, the Korea University is a private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Seoul (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Ministry of Education of Korea, Korea University is a large-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 20,000-24,999 students) coeducational South Korean higher education institution.
