Founded in 1956, Universitas Padjadjaran (English: Padjadjaran University) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the large city of Bandung (population range: 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants), West Java. This institution has also branch campuses in the following locations: Jatinangor. Officially accredited/recognized by the Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (English: Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia), Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) is a very large (enrollment range: 30,000-34,999 students) coeducational higher education institution.
