Founded in 2002, Ashesi University College is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the the rural setting of the village of Berekuso (population range: under 2,500 inhabitants), Eastern Region. Officially accredited/recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (English: National Accreditation Board, Ghana), Ashesi University College (AUC) is a very small (enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational higher education institution. Ashesi University College (AUC) offers courses and programs leading to officialy recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. This 14 years old HE institution has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic record and grades. The admission rate range is 10-20% making this Ghanaian higher education organization a most selective institution. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
