Vlaamse Hogescholenraad

The Vlaamse Hogescholenraad (VHR, VHLORA) is the Flemish Council of Universities of Applied Sciences in Belgium. It was established in 2005 as an umbrella organization representing the interests of universities of applied sciences in the Flemish Community.
