Description | IKY is a Decentralised Service of the Greek Ministry of Education and Religion. The main objective of IKY is to provide scholarships for Greek and foreign students, postgraduates and researchers for studies in Greece and abroad and for Greek civil servants, holding a bachelor or higher degree, for further education in international organisations or services abroad. IKY also acts as the National Agency responsible for the implementation of the Socrates programme in Greece. |
